Token Amount Refund Policy

We collect a token amount as a commitment from buyers to secure their chosen car. However, we want you to make your purchase with complete confidence.

✅ Full Refund of Token Amount – If, at the final stage, you decide not to proceed with the purchase after inspecting the car, we will refund your token amount.

How the Refund Process Works?

1. Place a Token Amount – Secure your car by paying a token amount.
2. Inspect the Car – Visit the seller, check the car’s condition, and verify all details.
3. Proceed or Request Refund –
   • If you are happy with the car, complete the transaction.
   • If the car does not meet your expectations, request a full refund of your token amount.

Refund Terms & Conditions:

• The token amount is fully refundable only if the buyer decides not to proceed after inspecting the car.
• Refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of the inspection.
• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
• If the buyer confirms the purchase, the token amount will be adjusted in the final payment and is no longer refundable.
